Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", or "your") and Sabas99 (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at sabas99.cam and all associated subdomains and services.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To access any real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the account registration process, providing at minimum a valid email address, mobile telephone number, chosen username, and date of birth. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

The Company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Sabas99 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, subject to availability in your region and any applicable minimum or maximum transaction limits:

• Online Banking / FPX: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks via DuitNow and FPX.
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay.
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT).

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment channel or promotion. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be accepted and will be returned to the originating account.

5.3 Currency

All player account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies (including cryptocurrency) will be converted to MYR at the prevailing rate determined by the Company at the time of processing. Exchange rate fluctuations are the responsibility of the Player.

5.4 Deposit Restrictions

Sabas99 reserves the right to decline any deposit or reverse any payment where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where the payment originates from a third-party source, or where the Player has failed to complete KYC verification. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to process a withdrawal from your Sabas99 account, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• All active bonus wagering requirements associated with your balance must be fully met.
• Your account must be in good standing with no outstanding flags, disputes, or pending investigations.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits.

6.2 Processing Times

Sabas99 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes, subject to verification and payment processor availability:

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published in the Payments section of the Platform. The Company reserves the right to apply additional withdrawal limits or staged payment schedules for unusually large withdrawal requests, without affecting the Player's entitlement to those funds.

6.4 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals will, in the first instance, be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The Company may request additional verification before approving withdrawals to a different payment method.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by Sabas99 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Players are strongly advised to read all applicable promotion terms before opting in to any offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 35x wagering requirement means that the full bonus amount must be wagered thirty-five (35) times before a withdrawal request can be submitted against those funds.

7.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses carry an expiry date from the date of crediting, unless otherwise specified. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited without compensation.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

Sabas99 reserves the right to void and withhold any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, employing low-risk betting strategies designed exclusively to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.

7.5 Promotion Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that such changes do not adversely affect Players who have already opted in and are actively meeting the stated conditions of the original promotion.

Gambling Rules

8.1 Game Rules

Each game and betting market available on the Sabas99 Platform operates in accordance with its own set of rules, which are published within the game or betting interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participating. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail for matters specific to that game.

8.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets — including those placed on Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC events, and all other sports markets — are governed by the sportsbook rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform. Bets are confirmed only once a confirmation notification is displayed in the Player's account. Bets placed on incorrect odds due to technical errors may be voided.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or internet connectivity interruption during a game session or bet placement, the Company will use its best efforts to reconstruct the correct outcome from server logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the Company reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the applicable stake. No compensation will be provided for losses attributable to Player-side technical issues.

8.4 Disputed Outcomes

Should you dispute the outcome of any game or betting event, you must notify the Sabas99 support team via live chat or email within forty-eight (48) hours of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be eligible for investigation.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sabas99 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated exploitation of game mechanics.
• Fraudulent chargebacks, payment reversals, or any attempt to reclaim deposited funds after they have been wagered.
• Use of stolen, cloned, or third-party payment methods without the authorisation of the account holder.
• Any attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit software vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other use of the Platform for illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or ongoing account management.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Termination by the Company

Sabas99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or any other circumstance in which the Company, in its reasonable discretion, determines that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Upon closure of an account for breach, any balance remaining (including winnings derived from prohibited activity) may be forfeited at the Company's discretion. Where a balance is forfeited, the Company will retain records and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

14.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the Sabas99 support team. Upon receipt of a verified closure request, the Company will process any eligible real-money balance remaining in your account via your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC requirements and any outstanding wagering obligations being resolved.

Amendments to These Terms

Sabas99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 14.2 above.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall first be referred to Sabas99's customer support team for good-faith resolution.

Should a dispute not be resolved through the internal support process, the parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before an agreed independent arbitrator. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

The Company makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than those in which it is permitted to operate. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
